Founder & Co-Owner

Dr. Jessica M. Kubisch is the founder of Pacific Hope Pain Care and Wellness Group and a board-Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (APRN/CRNA). With over 15 years of experience in the medical field, Dr. Kubisch received her graduate degree specializing in Anesthesia from Georgetown University in Washington, D.C. and her doctoral degree from Virginia Commonwealth University. She also trained as an Emerging-Leader Fellow with the National Board of Certification & Recertification of Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA).

Prior to her specialization in anesthesia, Dr. Kubisch worked in the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit at UCLA Medical Center in Los Angeles. She has cared for a diverse population of patients from all over the country and world in both university settings as well as in rural, critical-access hospitals. Dr. Jessica offers an integrative, patient-centered experience that focuses on the whole person. When not caring for patients, Dr. Kubisch cherishes spending time with her husband and children, who are the light of her life. Her family enjoys the beauty of the Pacific Northwest and the special community of the Oregon Coast. Dr. Kubisch welcomes new and existing patients with a warm smile and looks forward to working with you!

Co-Owner

Dr. Jordan Raymer, co-owner of Pacific Hope, is an Oregon native who also serves the community of Florence as a Board-certified General Surgeon. A Fellow of the American College of Surgeons, she attended Ross University School of Medicine and completed her general surgery internship and residency at Marshfield Clinic, in Wisconsin. Additionally, Dr. Raymer is a member of the International Association of Physicians in Aesthetic Medicine. When she is not taking care of patients, her other passion is helping clients achieve their skincare and anti-aging goals through advanced medical aesthetic techniques. She will be offering microneedling, microdermabrasion, chemical peels, laser treatments, as well as neuromodulators (wrinkle relaxers) & dermal gel filler. Outside the office she enjoys traveling, Olympic weightlifting, and volunteering her skills as a General Surgeon in third world countries. Dr. Raymer looks forward to working with you to achieve your skincare goals!

Clinic Manager and Master RN Injector

Hailing from the great state of Wyoming, Brittany Countryman is a Registered Nurse Aesthetic Injector who has worked in the medical field for over 12 years. Graduating with her Bachelor’s degree from Western Governors University, of Salt Lake City, Brittany found her passion for critical thinking, high-intensity procedures and a fast-paced environment while working as a new graduate nurse in the Critical Care unit in Riverton, Wyoming. From there, she went on to become a Certified Flight nurse, transporting gravely injured and ill patients via helicopter as well as developing her career working in Critical Care and Emergency Medicine. Currently, Brittany also serves the Florence Community as an RN in the Emergency Department and enjoys reading, weightlifting, hiking and her dogs.

Brittany wants to help you feel and look your best in the skin you’re in! Knowledgeable about a variety of treatment options to help you obtain your health and wellness goals, Brittany looks forward to discussing all your favorite skin care or helping you with in office procedures to address your individual needs. Certified as a Neuromodulator and Dermal Filler injector, Brittany’s experience as a nurse in the acute care setting means she spends most of her day with patients and looks forward to connecting with you!!!
